I am a university preparation student at MacEwan; I may transfer to any other institution, such as the University of Alberta. It would be nice to find a place close to an LRT; I would not mind teaming up with 1-3 other roommates. Preferably, a private room close to the downtown area. I have a current lease at Horizon Residence. I would also like to find somebody to take over my lease; it is running until August 2024. The tenant who takes over will not pay the damage deposit.
