I am a retired woman, healthy, quiet, clean and only minding my own business. I look for a bright room with 2 windows in south and east/west. I hope a rent of $600-700/month, includes everything, hydro, heating, electricity, gas, internet, and parking, because I may leave a few months each year and don’t want to worry about any bills. I also hope in a two bedroom apartment, the other person is the owner/responsible, nice female, going out to work etc.
