Attention Victoria, BC landlords! I am a healthcare professional in the process of relocating to your city for work mid-February, and am in need of a furnished room to rent. The room must be able to fit a queen size bed, small table and chair, and have a closet for my clothes. Ideally, the location should be close to BC Transit routes 72, 75 (Terminating at Saanichton Exchange) and , 81, and 82 as I don’t drive. I am a clean, understanding, and accommodating roommate. I don’t smoke, gamble, or own any pets. I am LGBTQI+ friendly and get along with all fractions, cultures of society. I am a quiet individual and prefer a peaceful living space where I can watch movies on my iPad. I will require access to wifi, the bathroom, and kitchen. I like to cook once a week. As a landlord, I am looking for someone who is responsible, respectful and courteous. I am open to a longer lease if we are a good fit, subject to a 3-month confirmation at my office. I will provide landlord references when necessary. I am available for video calls on Facetime, Zoom, or Teams to view the room and location.
