I am 57 year young LGBT woman with a small non barking non shedding Shihtzu she’s 16 now and a 6 month Yorkie. I am a private housecleaner with my own small business. I am searching for a shared space either in Ranchlands or close proximity for myself and my two very well behaved pups. I am quiet, non drinker very clean and friendly. I enjoy good conversation, keeping a tidy home and keep to myself. I have a guaranteed income through CPP plus I work with several clients as a private housekeeper. I am looking long term and can pay 800. I would like a shared space where we both do the housecleaning and maybe share a meal together and enjoy each others company. I don’t want to live somewhere where I am feeling confined to a bedroom. Im really easy going and looking for the same. I know rents out there are atrocious and perhaps there is someone out there like me that just can’t afford the 1500 + rents out there on their own, and if they can, they still would prefer to save some extra money for other things so they are not rent poor. Although 57 i am not an old in mindset person. Very young at heart and mindset but mature in responsibilities and paying rent on time every time with never a problem or issue. I love helping around the home and you would essentially have a professional housekeeper at hand and I love to cook. Looking for a roommate situation with someone same age and LGBT friendly or supportive.
