Hi there, I am a full-time worker, very quiet and tidy mature female. I enjoy a healthy active lifestyle and I also love spending time reading and studying. I have a 1-year reference from my last place, I am moving from another province because of my career.

I am very respectful and quiet but like to chat and connect with new people. I like to keep the space clean and tidy as much as possible and not too loud late at night.

Preferably within walking distance to public transport or as close to the downtown core/surrounding areas as possible, but, I keep open for other options!
