Chill, old school Serbian dude who will gladly do his part of the housework, meticulously clean, tidy up and even cook for my roomies. Usually will keep to myself and my computer either playing video games, voice chatting with acquaintances or trying to learn a new skill (whenever I’m not out working), but I’m always down to chat with a roommate. While I don’t expect we share the same interest or tastes from the get-go, I’m pretty open minded when it comes new things. Though do expect a jab or a joke if I find it to be particularly bad - worry not, same thing applies to me as well!

My list of things I like is too big, so I’ll just simply put the stuff I dislike that is an instant deal breaker:

• Hard drugs: Health hazard to everyone and a legal headache.
• Excess spending on food: When the eyes are bigger than the stomach, the result is always wasted money and a bigger garbage bag.

I consider myself pragmatic, especially when it comes to general living expenses and hygiene, and as such I’m not a fan of delivery - if something essential (food, toilet paper, detergent etc.) needs to be bought, just ring me up and I’ll bring it to you for free.

Not a party guy though I’m not opposed to parties myself. Won’t say no to a drink or two, nor do I mind smoking. Won’t mind an occasional guest as long as they don’t touch my stuff. I’ll tolerate cannabis as long as the smell doesn’t stick nor it makes too much of a mess - had bad experiences with MJ users before.

I’m personally fine with either male or female roommate as long as you pay your part of the rent, do your part of the chores and clean up behind you, which all of it is the most basic of stuff, then I believe we’ll get along just fine!
