Before law school I did an undergrad in Cinema and English. I enjoy the arts, music/live show, and literature. I bike and run regularly and need a gym close by for the winter and to get back into lifting. Mostly quiet during the week, but I like to have movie nights or having friends over once in a while for parties. Need a good balance of personal space/time and social time with my roommate, so don’t be loud or try to talk to me when I’m tired lol.

Kinda blackpilled on politics, so would prefer to not live with anyone overly political.

Looking to split a 2-bed house or condo (ideally split bdrm layout) on the west end with another roommate. No couples, and if you’re dating someone, they cannot be living with us more than 50% of the time.

No basements, AC and good natural lighting is a must, with a budget of up to $3500 plus utilities for the whole place split between us.

Ideally in the west end of the city near TTC access.
