Hi my name is Dan Winter I go by a much earlier nickname on my fb page-young winter. I just sold my place and was a landlord for the last seven years and I’ve lived with people my whole life. I’ve got great credit plenty of money in the bank and I pay my bills on time and live respectfully by cleaning up after myself and adapting to person im living with. I’m looking for a nice functional place to live. i’m 50 years old and i don’t have visitors or parties. Ideally I’d like to rent with just one other person looking.
