Quite single man looking for a home closer to my work, which is in District. Work 10 hour days so work days I pretty much go straight to bed. Not picky with size or condition of room, as long as it’s clean and private. I value my privacy and yhe privacy of others. I don’t drink or party but I do smoke weed in the evenings and on days off, always outside. Shared bills works, internet is a must as I’m learning coding in my free time. More tyen capable of helping with maintenence like shoveling snow and mowing if necessary. Also have construction experience in anything needs fixing. I’m a kind, helpful and quite roomie!
