Hi, there! My name is Alex. I’m a self-taught musician and visual artist who does production work for bands and produces instrumental Hip-Hop music which I sell on a regular basis. I also create merchandise and album artwork for musicians and design tattoos.
I recently moved from Toronto to Hamilton and am looking for somewhere to live (preferably long-term) with friendly, clean people. I’m a very easy-going dude who just wants to live with chill people in a stress-free environment. I don’t party in any capacity (although I don’t mind if other people do as long as they’re not rowdy), have excellent references from both current and former landlords and always pay my rent on time. Cleanliness is very important to me. Although I’m a musician, noise has never been an issue anywhere I’ve lived, as I work with headphones on most of the time and get all of my work done well before 10PM, when people tend to be sleeping (and when noise laws come into effect). I don’t have many friends in Hamilton, so I won’t be inviting people over on a regular basis. That said, I have a girlfriend who currently lives in Florida who visits once or twice a year, but I always give at least a few weeks/months notice in advance before having her over, to make sure everybody I’m living with is comfortable with it. The bottom line is that I’m a cool, clean, respectful roommate who doesn’t mind keeping to himself and “doing his own thing”. That said, I’m very friendly, personable, funny and I love a friendly atmosphere wherever I’m living. My bottom line is that everybody I live with is happy.
