Hi, I am Julian (28) and I’m writing to express my interest in renting the room that you have advertised. I am a responsible and respectful tenant who is looking for a quiet and safe place to call home in Nelson. I am looking for a new place to move in September 1st or October 1st, 2023.

Although I am not currently working, I have substantial savings that can cover my rent for the duration of my adaption period while looking for full-time employment.

I take pride in keeping my living space clean and tidy, and I am very mindful of my noise level and always try to be considerate of my neighbours.

I like to exercise, play games, cook and do any outdoor activities; mountain biking, hiking, and skiing. That’s why I’m really excited to be moving into Nelson.
