Energy Auditor, m/32, in a relationship but not living together, mostly working from home. I share two small male (neutered) dogs with my girlfriend, I would like to have my dogs stay in the house every other week or something like that; they are small and lovely dogs - I swear you’ll love them.

I’ve been to Ireland, London, France, Amsterdam and Denmark but I’m not really much of a traveler tbh. Mostly quiet during the week, but I like to have movie nights or having friends over once in a while for parties. Need a good balance of personal space/time and social time with my roommate, so don’t be loud or try to talk to me when I’m tired lol.

Looking to split a 2-bed in a house on the west end with another roommate (more info on ideal space below). No couples, and if you’re dating someone, they cannot be living with us more than 50% of the time.

No basements. AC and good natural lighting is a must. A budget of up to $3k plus utilities for the whole place split between us.

Would like a unit in a HOUSE not a condo, preferably with backyard/balcony/front yard space. Ideally in the west end of the city.
