Greetings and salutations My name is Marcus Christopher and i am in search of a roommate who would like to rent a house with me in the Edmonton area for a year’s term starting may1st 24.

I am a clean quiet middle aged goth gentlemen from Nova scotia who is very social but also keep to myself unless engaged kind of person and I’ve come out west to further expand and grow as an artist. I am LGBTQIA2S+ friendly and open minded individual who has traveled extensively.

I’m looking to share a space with one other individual ideally; what I’m looking for is a space with three or more rooms and either a finished basement or an attached garage. The goal is to have a dedicated office in house ( I generally work from home) and space for a small work shop and to toss my band gear and to host the occasional wine and cheese style gathering.

Ideally I’m looking for another artist to share the space/ studio space with. I come with a fully equipped recording studio, photo studio and video studio, as well as a podcasting station, brewing equipment and leatherworking setup. Barring that i am partial to other folks of the goth persuasion, old punks, witchy folks, and communist idealists
