I would be moving immediately and my roommate will join me later in this year. I need a small room preferably furnished, with a kitchen and washroom. Kitchen can be shared with others but room should be attached to the washroom. I would be a nice tenant as I am quite and easy to go person. I have a job in Subway, would be out of house for 8-10 hours. I don’t have any vehicle as of now, I may purchase later. Regards
