Hi! We returned from O/S in July 23’ and currently living with my Cousins family in Ceader, South Nanaimo (Roberta Road East). I’m a single dad with my 12yr old son (Grd7 - Chase River School) and now ready to move @mid-end Feb …I’m a professional geologist semi retired. We are quiet and respectful and will look after the condo as if it were our own (I’m a volunteer with the Salvation Army = NO hassles!) Will also be a Home buyer next year when we figure out my Son’s High-school (probably John Barsby) so possible + 12 month extension and/or purchase?
