Seeking a furnished room in a conscious home, near or surrounded by nature, for a year or so, in the Nanaimo area. I lead a very quiet life and spend part of each week in Duncan, seeing clients and visiting with my friends there.

A professional contemporary dancer in the first part of my life, I’ve lived in many communal housing situations and have always had positive references from landlords and housemates. I’m reliable, responsible, respectful and mature, currently interning with Shore Counselling Services, under Ian Gartshore.

I have communication skills in Nonviolent / Compassionate Communication, as well as facilitation and conflict resolution experience. Very tidy and sensitive to artificial scents and perfumes. That being said, at night, I smoke cigarettes outside only, and a very minimal amount of cannabis, which helps me to sleep. I’m also a perpetual night owl, so the space would need to accommodate that. I like walking in nature, campfires, board and card games, small dinner gatherings, meaningful conversations. I also enjoy choral singing, animals in general, and the occasional yoga class. Spiritual, but not religious :) Youthful energy, but wise, warm heart.

Lastly, I have a very gentle and caring, mature, male partner who lives in Victoria, likely for another year or so. Seeking somewhere he can visit with me every other weekend or so, for a night or two. Willing to pay some extra compensation for this. Thanks for checking my profile out <3
