I’m a calm 55 year old and I clean up alot. I like a neat house. I’m friendly and respectful person. I love animals, and have a 7 year old cat who’s well trained and very friendly for sure. I take good care of my pet and keep his area very clean and no smell.i respect each other’s space, and keep my coming and going as not to affect others. I can keep to myself if that’s more comfortable for others, just as I can be good with getting to know others. I always pay rent on time
