I am a super busy creative coordinator and entrepreneur. I am a cheerful person and I’m looking for somebody who likes to connect and get social. I am vegan and a very positive person: please, if you’re a drama queen DO NOT contact me. I need a quiet environemnt for when I come back home where I can read and paint and relax. If you have guests every night, it wouldn’t work out great, yet guests are very welcome at a normal rate.. I really care about a clean and well-organized common area.
