hello. Adam here. I’m a 49 year old divorced fella with no children. I receive long term disability benefits every month which provides more than enough to meet financial responsibilities such as rent. I still stay as busy as possible through part time work as a Handyman doing work such as landscaping to small renovations and everything in between. I have a background in property maintenance among other trades based employment and would be interested in any work for rent reduction should this be a possibility. other than that I’m respectful, quiet and most of the time have my head inside a book about astrophysics, the cosmos or other “brain candy”. I need very little and ask for even less other than mutual respect and privacy. Not much of a social person but can definitely hold a conversation on things that matter in the world today instead of last nights hockey game. Overall handy a down-to- earth guy to have around even if you don’t need anything fixed:*)
