have good references from past rentals and currently in a two bedroom apartment just off whyte My landlord requires one month notice so if you have something for me I am able to pay damage and rent asap after acceptance of application even if I have to stay a month at my other apartment I can pay two rents if need be.. or can pay the rent once I arrive.

I’m a Good tenant and always make sure it stays that way I don’t drink or party or do hard drugs or smoke ciggs.. I follow the rules always and I’m very considerate of others in my 40s and have secure and stable income so paying rent and paying on time is no problem. Working on my credit at moment so may not pass it but we can try it.. but can supply letter from trusty and contact information and bank statements no problem. I have no pets.
