Hello! I am a newcomer from Brazil and I am here studying social service work, and I also work in the field. I am looking for a person to rent and share an apartment downtown. I am also interested in moving into a room in the same area if I cannot find someone to share an apartment. I usually do not stay too much at home because I work and study, but I am looking for easygoing people who care about a clean and organized space. I am part of the 2SLGBTQ+ community so it is essential to me that you respect not only that but all kinds of unprivileged people. I love making friends, I am an extrovert, but I am also in my 30s, so I expect a responsible person to share a space, who knows how to dialogue to solve conflicts and who respects each other’s space. I am also a singer, so it would be important that singing practice does not bother you…(of course I am reasonable and I will not practice if it is late or if it’s not a good time for you, respect and dialogue always).
