I am looking for a one bedroom apartment (no roommates, no shared bathroom) in the Kitchener/Waterloo area.

I am open to live in an apartment/condo, a detached room in a townhome, a studio/bachelor style unit or any other type of unit you may have that suits my description.

About me: I am a female graduate student in my early twenties who is starting a PhD at the university of Waterloo. I am quite and very clean. I do not smoke and have no pets. I enjoy a glass of wine from time to time (like once every two weeks, literally) so having a drunk tenant should not be a worry for you at all. I am very active and will be out on most days to work or study.
