I am a married professional employed with the same automotive firm in Richmond Hill for the last 17 plus years. My wife and I own 2 homes, one is in Oshawa and our most recent, cottage/retirement home in Tweed, Ontario. We will be moving to Tweed permanently in June of next year when I retire. My spouse will be moving to Tweed in a month or so. We are planning on renting out the entire house in Oshawa and I am looking for a room I can rent while i complete my last 9 months at my firm to avoid the long commute. As such, I would be interested in renting from October 1st to May 31st inclusive 8 months if that is a possibility. Is the bathroom shared? how many bathrooms are there? Is Wifi included?
