Hi there! My name is Emma and my roommate is moving out on April 15th (however room could be available as of April 1st as required), as she has taken a great job in Banff. My lease goes until August 15th (we moved in mid month last August 2021).

Room is $875, everything included (including internet!) + off street parking for your car. Must be okay living with 1 adult cat, and the landlord requires all tenants to be fully vaccinated with proof.

The apartment is located in a walk-out basement in Sun Hills (Triangle Mountain) and within walking distance to Lookout Lake.
