I’m a quiet, clean and responsible online teacher who is looking for a pet-free & bug-free furnished (including desk/table & chair/couch) basement or home where I would have my own bathroom. I would prefer to have one complete level to myself (please keep reading for the reasons why). I usually keep to myself but I’m also friendly, approachable and helpful to those around me. Keys thing to know about me: (1) I start teaching children early morning (I may start as early as 3am but usually not before 5am) and I work for many hours everyday so living either in a basement or on an upper level by myself would ensure I disturb others as little as possible. A bedroom that is some distance away from the other ones could work too. (2) I go to bed early so good soundproofing and/or reasonably quiet roommates are very important to me (3) I need fast, reliable high-speed wifi (min 50 Mbps upload, 10 Mbps download) for my job (a wired connection would best) (4) I prefer to only live with other women (5) separate kitchen/kitchenette and laundry preferred but shared is fine.
