Claudia & David

Our names are David and Claudia, we are a young couple and we have a keen interest in renting the room you have available. We currently live at 892 Carnarvon St. (New Westminster) and have lived there for 4 months. We are looking for a new place to live for having more space for ourselves. We believe we’d be a wonderful addition to your rental community — and here’s why. We are both stably employed at Advance Windows Cleaning, and Goodlife Medical and Dental Supplies Inc., respectively. We are so clean, respectful, and friendly, good tenants who always pay bills on time. In our free time, we like to study and read together, go explore the city and doing sports like hiking, roller skating, etc. David is an excellent cook, and I like to be his kitchen helper.
