I have been living in this neighborhood for past 4 years simply cause its great. My current roommate has decided to leave at the end of our lease due to his job lost and i’m looking for someone to renew the lease with me. (July 2021-July 2022)

about the location: Everything is literally in walk in distance, Adonis & Metro, Costco, Bus stop is right outside the door, Metro Bonaventure is 15 min and 20 min to downtown. Close to Lachin canal, Old port.. about the place: Balcony, 2 bedroom. one bathroom, both rooms have walk in closet. 2 outdoor pool, rooftop +BBQ, pool table. Apartment is 99% furnished + my own BBQ in the balcony. your room is not. -Utility is also included in rent & in Unit laundry

about me: I work full time(for now) and I am studying after work. i’m clean and organised, I also cook a lot,. I am not a party person except to invite some friends over once in while. Looking for: someone who understand common sense rules of sharing a roof with another, which means, respect the time, be responsible, clean after themselves, doesn’t party also willing to pay his/her share of rent Ontime.
