Hey guys, due to the flu-based shit show my housemates have fled back to Australia, leaving me with a spare room in an awesome 2.5-bedroom apartment in South Granville.

Rent is $1250 + utilities, and you’ll be in master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There’s a great kitchen with a bunch of cooking equipment, amazing couches in the living room, and building has lockers, a sauna, and a rooftop patio.

It’s a short walk to Broadway and 5 minute bus to Downtown, none of which matters because the city has shut down :(
