My wife and I are looking for a Female (preferred) roommate to rent out the entire basement area of our very nice Townhome. We have 2 cats.

The space comes with a Private Bedroom, Private Bathroom, and Private Living Room. Cable/Wi-fi and all Utilities included. Private Mini-Fridge and Microwave in your space. Also designated freezer space.

Fully furnished (Queen bed not in pictures will be provided). Also the desk and chair in pictures has been removed.

Shared Kitchen and Laundry.

8 minute drive to Trinity, 5 minute drive to Kwantlen Langley, 2 minute walk to bus stop, 2 minute walk to Langley Hospital, 3 minute walk to WC Blair Pool and Gym, 3 minute walk to IGA grocery store and other shops.

A parking stall in our garage could also potentially be discussed.

Social drinking is acceptable. No drugs, smoking or overnight guests allowed.
