Enjoy a coffee on the deck with an incredible view of the water, city and Mt Tolmie. It has a cook’s dream kitchen (you have your own pantry cupboard and share a full size fridge with 1 other), hardwood flooring. Share a modern bath with 1 other (and guests). Large bedroom with some views, double closet. Parking on street. Share with retired woman and one other.

I am mostly retired and enjoy reading and am active in my church. The other person is currently a student. I also have a small non shedding dog age 15+ who is 11 lbs and loves to sleep.
