Hello, I am looking to rent my room located in the Bloor/Dundas West area. GREAT LOCATION! The place is in a great neighborhood filled with grocery stores, restaurants, bars, etc. It’s a 10 min walk from Dundas west station & Bloor UP Express train.

The place is also close to many TTC lines for easy transportation around the city.

The price is 750$ per month + utilities. The room will be available immediately until November 31st with the possibility to extend (it’s a sublease). A deposit is needed on the move-in date.

The room comes fully furnished, so you only need to bring your luggage and personal items. The place is shared with a clean & respectful male student.

Laundry is available on site.

I am looking for someone clean, mindful, and respectful of others. Students & working professionals are more than welcome.
