About the room
Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a townhome located in Chancellors way, starting May 1. I am not returning to the university and am now trying to find someone to fill my spot. The town house is shared with 2 other girls, it is a single story and open concept place. Large and bright room, one shared bathroom with 2 sinks, laundry within the unit. Parking available. I do not currently have photos, but floor plans and identical units have pictures posted online for you to view, or I can PM the said photos. Rent is $650 a month, and utilities are shared between the 3 people living there (around $45 a month). The lease is one year, however it can be renewed at the end of the year.
