Hello, Thank you for taking the time to read through the posting, its long and detailed, but provides answers to most of your questions. For those that end up requesting viewings, the following steps will be followed.

Currently the entire place has been disinfected, heavily, with bleach and cleaning products. The room is Vacant, move in Anytime.

1. When coming to the building you are to wear gloves and a mask.

2. Upon entering the building, I’ll meet you in the lobby and bring you upstairs.

3. Please do not touch the door handle, on the outside of the unit.

4. Upon entering the unit, I will provide you with a new set of gloves.

5. Please remove your shoes, the floors are hard enough to clean as it is.

6. We will maintain a distance of 1 Metre at all time, while wearing the masks.

7. Ill give you a chance to inspect the room, and give you privacy once the showing is done. You are wearing gloves that are brand new, so you can go ahead and examine anything and everything in the unit.

8. This may sound like strict protocols, but this is preventing the spread of Covid-19, and I don’t know about you but I am OVER IT. #Flattenthecurve

THE FLOORS ARE WHITE LAMINATE. They look great, however they are difficult to maintain, I cannot emphasize enough, how difficult it is to maintain white floors.

1. The Unit is fully furnished, the Bedroom isn’t. Now that being said, I have a HUGE ugly old couch, that I will gladly throw out should you choose to bring your own.
2. Stainless Steel Appliances -Microwave -Dishwasher -Glass Top Stove & Oven -French Double Door Fridge, w/Roll-out Freezer -Front Load Washer & Dryer
3. There is a 70 Inch Wall mounted TV, and Xbox One Console, they are yours to use as they are mine
4. I have every type of pot, pan, dish…etc.
5. The building has an amazing gym, one of the best rooftop patios, (sadly it wont be open til better weather, and Covid-19 Restrictions are lifted)

-30 Years Old, Originally from Ukraine, (Yes I’m Jewish), grew up in Canada, and I love this Country! -Prior to the Pandemic, and once restaurants reopen, I will be a General Manager at Cafe Landwer, during the pandemic, I am doing Uber Eats delivery to maintain my lifestyle. -I Have a Significant Other, he stays over 2 nights a week, However, prior to bringing anyone home, the expectation is that, we will text each other, its really that simple.

-I do not smoke Cigarettes, currently, I used to Smoke, There is a balcony in the Unit, I would prefer a non smoker, because I don’t want to accidentally start smoking again -Please don’t be shy in asking questions, I’m not sensitive, and would rather deal with questions or concerns right away, rather than you letting them boil over,

1. Willing to sign a Minimum 1 year lease, at the moment the reason I’m looking for a new Roommate, is because I didn’t sign a lease, and now I’m here. 2)Respectful of peoples, sexual orientation, religion, language, and whatever other reason you can think of.
2. Have a source of income, or can securely pay rent for the term of the lease.
