About the room
24 storey apartment, located near the major intersection of Burnhamthorpe Rd. and The East Mall. (check the map if this suits you)
There is a Loblaws Supermarket right at that intersection, and a Shoppers Drugmart just north of us, about a 10 minute walk from the building.
Cloverdale Mall is a shopping centre that has a Winners and about takes 10 minute by bus.
200 meters from the building is the nearest bus stop, so that makes it convenient.
Our Unit is on the south side of the building. The whole apartment gets lots of natural sunlight.
We have 3 separate bedrooms, with a shared Kitchen and shared washroom. We keep things clean and neat and have a good system for chores.
The Room is furnished with all the essentials. (Bed, Book Shelf, Dresser, Desk, Chair, lamp, etc… you can add or bring your own items to make the space more comfortable for you…
student, a traveller, or new to the city, this might just be the perfect place for you..
High speed Internet, and utilities are included.

About the roomies
The atmosphere here is pretty laid back and chilled… There are two people living here at the moment. male 40 and male 24.
