Old Sheppard Avenue

The bedroom is a cozy, bright, and semi-furnished (desk and dresser) with a sliding door closet, and and big enough to fit a full size bed. The living room is furnished with access to the balcony and the kitchen is fitted with the usual appliances, with a large amount of space available in for both rooms plus having a washer and dryer for laundry in unit.

The condo also has recreation center access for 10/year which has a tennis court, basketball and squash courts, a mixed weight room and a women’s only weight room, a games rooms, and a swimming pool. The condo itself is also surrounded by tons of park/green space, and just outside the fenced condo green space is the City’s Calisthenics Park circuit.

As for transit, the unit comes with a parking lot and quick access to the 401, the 404, and the DVP if you’re driving, and if you’re taking the TTC, it’s a 10m walk to Don Mills Station. It’s about 40m to Yonge/Eglinton and about 1hr to Downtown.

Mid 20’s male working 2 jobs, first job in public service and the other in the hospitality industry, so I’d be out most weekdays from 8am to 9:45pm. That being said, I don’t mind having people over and I’d usually be up for a drink after work! Aside from working on working out more, I enjoy reading, playing a bit of guitar on occasion, and watching/playing sci-fi series/games. I like to keep things clean and organised, and I hope that any potential roommates do so as well.
