Master bedroom available. Only 11 units in the building. 3 units on lower floor plus laundry room. 4 units on main floor and 4 units on top floor. Nice quiet area of Burlington, south of New Street close to the lake and shopping. Balcony to sit out on, sun all day during the summer.

I like to be outside more than indoor. I like to keep a clean place, even with 3 cats the apartment is clean. My place is like walking into an art gallery as I’m working on establishing myself as a full time artist. The other tenants are very friendly and it’s a quiet small building. Has never been any trouble. Looking for a roomie who respects privacy, likes to also keep a clean place and preferably a non smoker.
