ENTIRE APARTMENT Looking for a roomie/couple from January-March 2024 only **No pets **

This recently renovated apartment is open-spaced with an eclectic vibe. Near the Plateau, the Gay Village, and the Old Port, it is very well located. The spare room is completely furnished and accesses a balcony overlooking a courtyard. Other amenities include modern appliances, a recently retiled bathroom, washer, and dryer. The apartment is completely stocked, no need to even bring anything. However, no AC.

The Centre-Sud neighbourhood is full of personality with tons of bars, cafés and pâtisseries. You’ll find many vintage furniture shops as well as great fromageries/boulangeries/butcher shops. Not to mention, a block away from Parc La Fontaine.

The apartment is located between 2 main metro lines. Sherbrooke station on the orange line and Berri station on the green line are both less than a 10-minute walk away.

I study psychology and I also teach cooking workshops. I am hoping to find someone who treats this space like a sanctuary, as it’s my happy place. Someone who is a good communicator would be high on the list as well. Thanks!
