This third floor apartment is pretty spacious and the living room’s furnished by myself (but there is room for more furniture if needed). I have a deep freezer in the kitchen but no dishwasher. The empty bedroom has no furnishing whatsoever so you’d have to take care of that.

The building itself is a 5 minute bus ride from Cote Vertu metro or a 20 minute walk. There’s a Couche Tard right across the street as and is a direct stop for 3 different bus routes.

A Parking Garage is also available if you have a car.

I marked the apartment as Cat-friendly as I have a cat and the landlord hasn’t said anything about it, but it’s technically against the terms of the lease.
