Brad's room

My son has moved out and have an extra room for rent. During these times not working as much and thought I would make rent cheaper buy renting out the room and help someone out! I keep a very tidy place, don’t like dishes left around and I also have a cat so hope your cat friendly! I’m a 40 year old male and I work all different hrs but mostly night.

It’s only myself in the basement and the landlord lives upstairs and is super chill and keeps a nice yard
