Looking for a female non-smoking roommate. Room is bright and is located on the top floor of a 3 bedroom Richmond townhouse. There is a shared washroom between 2 rooms. Currently looking to rent the other room. Living room, kitchen, and powder room are on the floor below and have an open living concept. Dishwasher, washer and dryer are provided.
The bedroom has a twin bed and a 3 drawer chest and built in shelves.
The townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a five minute walking distance to Central at Garden City, which opened October 2016. There is a TD and Royal Bank in the plaza, Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, Marshalls and various restaurants. Bus stop and Lansdowne Canadaline station are also close by and street parking is available.
About the roomies
I am a single female who occupies the master bedroom. I am a quiet, tidy responsible person. I am easy to get along with and I can keep to myself or be social. I work weekdays and can be in and out on the weekends.
