Additional Info: This 1 story house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Etobicoke (can send additional photos). LCBO is 3 a min walk away, Sobeys is 5 mins away, Dollarama and No Frills are 7-8 mins, as well as 3 different bus stops (Kipling’s 46, Islington 110 and Queensway 80 – all from 5 to 8 mins away) – all walking time. It’s also located right across from Cineplex and some bars and cafes (D-spot is a popular dessert place). Also, there’s parking if you have a car.

The house is very clean, there’s lots of space and a sunny back yard with a little grill. The kitchen is very spacious and great for someone who loves cooking. The room I’m subletting is a decent size, I keep it clean and tidy. I will be taking most of my furniture (if you need something, I can possibly keep it for you for free – can discuss). Other than that, you will most likely have the space to yourself and this is a perfect area for a person who prefers a quiet and safe neighborhood. There’s a park nearby as well and it’s relatively close to the lake.

There are 3 people living in the house. 1 roommate is subletting to her guy friend (he doesn’t come much except to sleep as he works all day) and my other roommate is currently looking for a sublet as well. We haven’t had any issues in the house what so ever. The landlord is very quick to respond to any concerns.
