About the roomies
Current female tenant has been here over a year and is very pleasant and never complains. She works with the school board and often is out and about. She is also reasonably tidy and respectful. I am a single mom of 2 kids 11 and 14yrs. We live upstairs on the main floor of my townhouse. I also have a cat and a Bulldog that are gentle, friendly and dog rarely barks.
