Room in Bright and Spacious Downtown Condo

Looking for a female roommate to take the 2nd bedroom in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo.

The bedroom has floor to ceiling windows facing south/west with fabulous lake view (bedroom shown in pictures 10, 11 & 12). Large closet with sliding doors and own thermostat to control your room temperature. Room has fresh white paint as per my request to the condo owner. You will have your own bathroom (main bathroom in unit - see photos). Your bedroom would come unfurnished.

The condo is over 900 square feet and very bright as it is a corner unit. Unobstructed south/west views. There is a balcony and we will have a parking spot (I don’t have a car). I have the living room furnished with a brand-new couch and matching chair. There is unfortunately no locker with this unit but there is a study area where we can put some storage cabinets if needed. It has in suite laundry and on the 16th floor. I haven’t been able to see them, but I hear the condo has great amenities (pool, gym, bbq area, party room, etc).

Location: Fort York and Spadina. Very close to Gardiner Expressway and steps away from Spadina Streetcar and Bus options. There is a Sobey’s across the street and Starbucks, Banks, and Restaurants all around that block.

I am looking for someone who is easygoing and clean. I would love to live with someone that I want to share a drink and Netflix marathon with, but also understands I need some alone time. Someone who is respectful of the space and my furniture. I prefer a female roommate and no couples please. I will put together a renters agreement for us both to sign as I have already signed the lease with the landlord.

Bills would be approximately $85 each a month (beanfield cable & internet plus hydro) and I require first and last months rent upon moving in.

I’m a 35 year old female and work the regular Monday – Friday 9-5 job in Advertising. I am currently working from home but hoping to get back into the office in the fall. I am kind, considerate, easy going and very clean. I am social but also enjoy my alone time. I would enjoy having some friends/family over from time to time but would always give a heads up so there are no surprise guests. I have a 3 year old female cat who is very quiet and sweet. She’s pretty attached to me and usually sleeps in my room.
