I’m looking for a roommate to share my 4 1/2 condo/apartment in Hochelaga. It’s a 10 minute walk from Pie-IX metro station, on the green line, 30 minutes from McGill University. There’s a grocery store, drugstore, and liquor nearby as well, about 5 minutes away. It’s close to the Marché Maisonneuve, all amenities, bus routes, and several great stores, cafes and restaurants

The apartment itself is a large 4 1/2. It’s a half-basement, but very luminous with large windows. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, as well as storage. There’s a small patio out back and an off-street parking space.

The room available is the largest of the two, with a big closet. It can be furnished or not, depending on your preference. I have a German Shepard, he’s calm and friendly. Dog-friendly cats are welcome, as well as other small pets

Rent is 700$ for the room, hydro and wifi included. The room is available from August 1st, with a possibility to move in a bit earlier if needed.
