I’m looking for an awesome roommate to rent the second bedroom in my 2bed 1bath riverfront apartment. Conveniently located in the River district (SE Vancouver) this apartment comes with lots amenities including, amazing views, lots of parks and trails near by, a gym, nearby transit, parking spaces/bike storage, storage, nearby shopping, 24/7 on-site professional property management and maintenance, etc! You will get your own private room with a large closet/storage, the bathroom and living areas are shared. This suite includes a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a full bath with a tub and a large bright living room and balcony, with views of the Fraser. Rent is $855, this does not include internet or utilities and the room is available now, looking for a roommate ASAP.

I am ideally looking for a quite and respectful professional or student similar in age to me (20-25) and possibly with similar interests, as I’m trying create a nice home space. Must have proof of income and references as well. My home is my quiet sanctuary to relax, away from the craziness of life so just looking for someone who will be respectful that. However I wouldn’t mind someone who would want to occasionally hangout, cook together, or chat over a drink etc. At the moment I don’t have much furniture/kitchen stuff because I just moved into this apartment, so if you have furniture you want to bring for shared spaces I might consider this or could plan a trip to Ikea to pick some things out. Also, cleanliness and the appearance of the apartment is super important to me so you must be cleanly and willing to do the occasional cleaning task.

A little about me: I am a 20 year old female and I work full time in the Vancouver area. I am originally from Washington state and just moved up here recently. I am a very quiet, introverted, creative type and I spend most of my free time painting/drawing, baking/cooking, hiking/working out, or playing video games. I am also a professional chef and baker by trade so, bonus to living with me is good food and free baked goods all the time! I also come with two friendly well behaved Manx Lynx Point cats named Nightfury and Khajiit and a map turtle named Patty. So you must be pet friendly:)
