It’s a 2 minute walk to the science centre, close to paths for walking, biking, etc. It’s a 5 minute drive to Wascana Lake, a short 5 minute drive to the University of Regina and an 8 minute drive to Sask Polytech, obviously close to all of the south end amenities.
Updated furniture/ a new washer and dryer, you’ll just need bedroom furniture, pets can be discussed, if anything, there will be stipulations.

I’m the owner of the home. I’m a quiet 26 year old individual who takes pride in keeping the house up-to-date and clean. I enjoy golfing, smoking foods, cooking, going to the gym, watching/ playing hockey, listening to music. I currently work out of town, so I’m out of the house a lot keeping busy with work and hobbies.
