This spacious apartment stretches over two floors. The upper level includes two bedrooms, each with their own patio as well as a shared bathroom. The bathroom includes a full tub, double sinks and in-suite laundry.

The main floor includes a shared kitchen, living room, half bathroom and patio. The space is quiet and gets great light. We are perfectly located, only steps from the Broadway bus lines. A 2 minute walk to Safeway and many local restaurants. Banks, Public Library and coffee shops all within walking distance (5 minutes or less).

The kitchen, and living areas are furnished and shared. Your bedroom is not furnished.

Rent includes all utilities and internet.

One person is living in the space. Female, working professional, looking for a fully employed, mature, person with references for the second bedroom. No smoking and no pets.
