Abigail's room

I own this beautiful 3-bedroom former Show home. It is a paired home in one of the best neighborhoods. I live in it alone. I am a professional and work full-time. I am looking to share my home with a responsible and clean person. Your bedroom is upstairs next to your the bathroom and the laundry room. Rent includes everything except we would share electric/gas bill. There are two rooms. One unfurnished for $650 and a fully finished one for $700. My WiFi is high speed and The room is empty so you can move in a couple of days before to get settled. This is an unfurnished room. The area is the most SW of Airdrie and direct access to Calgary in minutes. Crossiron Mills mall is a 5-minute drive and the Calgary airport is 12 minutes. Also shopping area in Coopers new Promenade is 1 minute drive. NO PETS.

Female professional. This is not month to month. We will initially do 3 months and if we are both happy we can increase the length of our living arrangement to 6 months or longer. A minimum of 30 days notice is required prior to moving out. Damage deposit is also required. NO PETS. No young children under 10. If renting both rooms (for a child) that is allowed but obviously rent would be a total of the individual rent for each room. Thank you
