Are you a couple looking for a room in a cool share house? I am moving so there is a big room in a great house available!

• Where? Prime location just off Commercial Drive on Graveley Street, 1 minute walk to a 24/7 grocery store, liquor store, fruit and vegetable shop and bus stop (#20). There is a large backyard with parking available. Commercial Broadway sky train is a 12 min walk away.

• When? I’m flexible on move out date but the sooner the better! Ideally July 1 or 15!

• What? Rent will be $1050 per month for a couple or $1020 for a single and usually covers bills, you will also need to pay a refundable security deposit of $500

• Who? We are a lively collection of both Irish and English who all work full-time in different professions, all roughly in our mid to late twenties, and very eager to explore and go on adventures

• You? A couple/single in your mid to late 20’s who are sociable and happy to get involved in BBQ’s, beers and said adventures.

The room is unfurnished but there is the option to buy a bed and some furniture from the couples before they leave.
