The corner unit is located in a modern new build apartment with a basement gym, roof deck and a modern lobby lounge. Parking is available in the basement for an additional cost. Unit amenities include an ensuite washer and dryer, dishwasher, modern appliances, balcony, and 9ft ceilings. The common space is furnished, but the bedroom for rent is not.

You’ll be sharing the space with a 30-year old female who works in communications for an international nonprofit. My interests include travel (pre COVID) reading, vintage shopping and art. I currently work from home and a typical night for me nowadays is cooking while enjoying a glass of wine and re-watching an episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race. I am clean, considerate, easygoing, open-minded and respectful and I am looking for a roommate that shares these qualities as well. It would be great to find a roommate who I can create a dynamic and friendly living situation with.
